Regular English Course
Duration: Four semesters, or one year and ten months, which may be cut down to one year and five months, should the student choose to take one of our intensive modules. Students who have absolutely no knowledge of the English language should take a preparatory semester named Book Zero.
The Program: The objective of the regular program is to get the students from absolute zero and take them to a proficiency level in English, that prepares them to pass an international proficiency test, such as the TOEFL (Test Of English as a Foreign Language) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System), with the score required to join a master’s program at a Canadian or American university. At the end of the program, all students must also give a lecture in the Stratford Auditorium at our school, which is videotaped, so that our graduates can keep a copy of their lectures on a video CD as one more proof of their proficiency. Then, the graduates receive their first certificate in english during a special graduation ceremony in the auditorium.
Material Used: From Book Zero to Book Four
